April 11-13, 2003 - "The USA and Russia: The New Political, Economic and Strategic Alliance"
Organized by the Davis Center for Russian and Eurasian Studies at Harvard
University and the Harriman Institute at Columbia University
Speakers and panelists will feature presentations by bankers, businessmen
and woman and energy specialists involved in Russia and the CIS as well as
non-Russians who now serve as outside directors of Russian companies. There
will also be discussion of freedom of the press in Russia and of the
forthcoming 2003 election for the Duma as well as an examination of Russian
and U.S. foreign policies by members of the Russian Duma and U.S.
