1. Some statistics

   We would like to present some statistics about the current situation of registration for the Summit:

   On the 10th of May we had:

   • 47 exhibition stands,

   • 148 registered companies and organizations

   • 260 people registered.

   To compare with, last year at the same date we have had 180 registered people and 90 registered companies and organizations.

2. Catalogue of the Summit

   This year the Catalogue of the Summit will be printed in a Printing House beforehand. That’s why we kindly ask all registered participants to send their profiles in good time. There is still an opportunity to put your advertising in the catalogue. Those who are interested are welcome to contact the Organizing Committee.

3. New participants are welcome

   We would like to welcome the following newly registered companies:

   • Intel UK, http://www.intel.com

   • QED, France, http://www.qed.fr

   • Datapeer, USA, http://www.datapeer.com

4. VIP guests of the Summit

   Among the VIP guests of the Summit we will welcome, as the last year, Esther Dyson, the famous guru in U.S. and Russian IT World.

   Michail Gorbachev, former President of USSR, is invited to make a greeting speech at the Summit.

   Andrey Kokoshin, an influential member of the Russian State Duma will lead one of the Round Tables

   Russian Ministry of Industry, Science & Technologies and Ministry of Communication & Informatics will be represented by their respective vice-Ministers.

5. How PR of the Summit will be organized

   The press-conference will be arranged during the Summit, with participation of VIP guests and all interested participants. It will be organized with the assistance of our media sponsors and informational partners (listed at the web site of the conference).

   A special press-center will be arranged in the exhibition area. That will be the meeting point for the press representatives who got accreditation at the Summit. All participating companies can leave their press-releases and other information relevant to the press there.

The deadline of accepting catalogue information is the 18th of May.

The deadline for registration of conference participants is the 1st of June.
