Workshop at the Ioffe Physics & Technical Institute, RAS

On 30-31st May Interface Ltd. will organize a workshop in the Ioffe Physics &-Technology Institute, RAS, St. Petersburg, Russia. http://www.ioffe.rssi.ru
The workshop will include the Seminar on “NanoMaker system to create 2D and 3D structures by e-beam lithography with ultimate resolution on the basis of scanning electron microscopes” to be held by Zaitsev S.I. - Dr. Sci., Institute of Microelectronics Technology RAS Chernogolovka, Russia and Grigorieva G.V., Project manager to International Department of Interface Ltd., Moscow, Russia.

The Seminar will be followed by the Case Study presented by Nashchekin A. V., Researcher to the Laboratory "Diagnostics of materials and structures of the Solid State electronics" of the Ioffe Physics & Technology Institute, RAS.

The case study will include demonstration of how to design and expose structures to create 2D Photon Crystals (PhCs).
