The objective of the Report is to bring together information, opinions, and views from a variety of sources into one concise and consistent framework that could be used as a definite source of information for those interested in Armenia's IT sector. The Report covers key aspects of the industry including historical developments, revenues, productivity, workforce and educational sector, policy developments, and others.

We also discuss industry outlook and present our recommendations on most important areas, which require reforms in order the industry to continue and expand its growth.
