Coudert Brothers LLP was the first foreign law firm to open offices in Russia in 1988. Partners from Coudert's Russian Practice Group, while in Washington for their annual meeting, will share their experience regarding the state of mergers and acquisitions in Russia's challenging and unpredictable marketplace.

Speakers:

Marian Hagler, Chair of Committee and Moderator. Partner, Coudert Brothers LLP, Washington, DC Ms. Hagler specializes in acquisitions and other investments in Russia.

Peter O'Driscoll, Partner, Coudert Brothers LLP, London Mr. O'Driscoll specializes in cross-border financial transactions and M&A, and has done extensive work in Russia, particularly with respect to telecommunications and oil and gas transactions.

Charles Keefe, Managing Partner, Coudert Brothers LLP, Moscow Mr. Keefe specializes in a broad range of Russian corporate issues with an emphasis on financings, particularly oil and gas financings.
